Specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Insurances, Lou Ann Dent has over 32 years of experience in the insurance industry. In her current position with Wells Fargo, Lou Ann is the strategic leader for technical teams, managing existing client relationships, team performance and responsible for developing new business opportunities. Lou Ann is currently serving as Director for CREW Network and is an Immediate Past President of CREW Baltimore.

Also in attendance was the recently recognized CREW National Scholars, Alexandra Rogers. A senior at the College of Charleston, Rogers is a candidate for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Marketing. She plans to graduate magna cum laude in May of 2011. Rogers, a native of Richmond, VA, holds a 3.75 overall GPA with 3.9 in her major. Her Commercial Real Estate work experience includes internships with Grubb and Ellis (New York City), Coldwell Banker Commercial, First Financial Services and Triple Net Properties.

Lesson Learned:  Lou Ann Dent shared her experience with CREW and how being a part of this organization has not only been an integral source of information to help her advance in her career, but  how it has offered her an opportunity to create long-lasting relationships.
