My client needed a new ALTA survey for an industrial acquisition. I asked Mulkey Engineers and Consultants and Stewart Engineering (both of whom are CREW Charlotte sponsors) to provide quotes to my client. My client ultimately engaged one of them to provide the survey work. Both firms provided prompt, professional, competitive bids that were significantly below the quote my client had initially received from the firm that had down the surveying work 8 years ago. If you need survey work, I can recommend both Mulkey and Stewart!

Sometimes persistence is the key to getting business, and this referral was almost a year in the making.  Nancy Olah (Parker Poe) would like to thank Amy Clement (then with Childress Klein, and now with US Bank), who contacted Nancy in January, 2010 to review a matter for one of Amy's clients at Childress Klein.  The matter  involved a defectively formed two unit industrial condominium.
